Due to all orders being hand-made and personalized, all sales are final. I will not be accepting returns or exchanges. Order cancellations must be placed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I will not accept cancellations.
All of my items are made-to-order with care, and I take great pride in providing you with quality as well as unique products. Please be sure to double check all spelling for personalized orders to prevent any errors.

What is the difference between personalized and custom orders?
Personalization is for items that are already designed, and you are adding just a name or number to it with no change to the design itself.
Customization is for someone looking to alter the design in a way to better suit them or for someone that has their own design and would like to make it come to life on an item of their choosing.
When will I get my order?
I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. The lead time on my items are 3-7 days depending on the size of your order and what items are in the order. Please allow additional time for custom and/or bulk orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
