On this page is where you can ask any questions you may have, as well as place your custom and/or bulk orders.

Custom/bulk orders are available for any of my currently available products.
Bulk order quantities vary for each product...

- Tote bags: 15+
- Koozies, Keychains: 20+
- Stickers: 50+
If your order does not meet or exceed these quantities, you may place your order as normal on the products page.
Please leave a brief description of what you would like to order. Be sure to include specific item, quantity, custom option if applicable (Ex: business name), and any other details you would like me to know.

Frequently asked questions

Due to all orders being hand-made and personalized, all sales are final. I will not be accepting returns or exchanges. Order cancellations must be placed within 24 hours. After 24 hours, I will not accept cancellations.

All of my items are made-to-order with care, and I take great pride in providing you with quality as well as unique products. Please be sure to double check all spelling for personalized orders to prevent any errors.

Exceptions (if applicable)

If your item(s) arrive to you damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can address the issue. Please provide clear photos of the item(s) and the packaging. You can send an email to vinylandthread1@gmail.com with any concerns/issues.

Personalization is for items that are already designed, and you are adding just a name or number to it with no change to the design itself.

Customization is for someone looking to alter the design in a way to better suit them or for someone that has their own design and would like to make it come to life on an item of their choosing.

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. The lead time on my items are 3-7 days depending on the size of your order and what items are in the order. Please allow additional time for custom and/or bulk orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
